ATAM Community Inaugurates State Executive, LG Coordinators to Strengthen Grassroots Leadership

The ATAM Community has inaugurated its State Executive Council and Local Government Coordinators from the 6 Local Government Areas of Cross River State in a strategic move to strengthen its organisational structure and enhance grassroots mobilisation across the state.

The inauguration ceremony, held on Saturday, brought together members, stakeholders, and supporters who witnessed the official presentation of the new leadership. The event marked a new chapter for the community as it reaffirmed its commitment to unity, development, and effective coordination across all local government chapters.

The newly inaugurated State Executive comprises Agape George as Coordinator, Philma Ntui as Assistant Coordinator, Fredrick Imoke as Director of Planning and Projects, Omini Victoria as Public Relations Officer, Ita Ita Ita as Mobilisation Officer, John Awara as Secretary General, and John Ukaidi as Financial Secretary and Treasurer.

Speaking during the inauguration, the leadership charged the newly appointed officials to serve with integrity, dedication, and accountability while promoting the vision and objectives of the ATAM Community. They emphasised the need for teamwork, inclusiveness, and effective communication in building a stronger and more united organisation.

The Local Government Coordinators were also urged to drive grassroots mobilisation, strengthen engagement with members at the community level, and ensure the successful implementation of programmes and initiatives across the state.

In his remarks, the Coordinator, Agape George, expressed appreciation for the confidence reposed in the new leadership and assured members of their commitment to providing purposeful leadership that will foster unity, promote development, and advance the ideals of the ATAM Community.

The ceremony concluded with a renewed pledge by members to support the newly inaugurated executives and coordinators in achieving the community's vision of a more united, vibrant, and impactful organisation throughout Cross River State.
