All Progressives Congress Elects New Cross River Executives State Committee

The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Cross River State held its State Congress on March 3, 2026, at the U. J. Esuene Stadium, Calabar.

The event was attended by Governor Bassey Edet Otu, party stakeholders, former state executives, and newly elected local government party leaders, marking what many described as a new chapter in the political history of the party in the state.

At the end of the congress, Hon. Chris Sunny Etta, a former member of the House of Representatives who represented Ikom/Boki Federal Constituency, emerged as the State Chairman to lead the newly elected executive committee.
